Mary's Triangles.
Here's a quick and easy technique for making Shaded Four-Patch blocks by the
dozens. When you are done, there are hundreds of ways to put them together.
Explore some of these ways, and receive ideas for even more arrangements. Class
includes a fabric swap.
Trading is not
optional; using the fabric you receive is optional. Sewing machine
required.

Supply List
Fabric requirements for 32" x 48" quilt:
1/4 yard each of 6 dark fabrics (darker than your background) -
include 1 red
1 yard background
4 1/2" square of template plastic or a Magic Triangle ruler (available in class)

Before you come to class,
make
8 packages of dark fabrics to trade.
Each packet contains:
two
2 1/2" squares of each dark
(total of 12 squares)
one 4 1/2" x 5 1/2" rectangle of each
dark (total of 6 rectangles)
