Dylan's Stars

This is an original star design, named for my grandson Dylan. We'll do half-square triangles from strips, folded corners, a little bit of freezer paper foundation piecing, and two kinds of pieced sashing. You'll see how simple this complex-looking conglomeration of stars is to construct. The class project is a table runner/wall hanging, but you can make it bigger if you choose. Try it in patriotic prints, or make it a Christmas quilt. You'll have a great time making all these stars.

(the following not needed for class)
