Shipping and Handling: for any combination of books and patterns, shipping is
$4.50 (I ship in a priority mail envelope.) For patterns only, shipping is a
flat $1.00 fee.
I can only ship the gizmo along with another product. The reason is that it
costs $2.58 to ship the gizmo alone -- $1.00 for a padded envelope and $1.58 for
postage -- an exorbitant amount in my opinion!
