Fee information is current for 2008-2009. Fees in 2008 and 2009 are as follows: Class limit is 20 students. If there is sufficient room in the class and enough electricity for additional sewing machines and irons, I can take up to 25 students. Fee for students over 20 is $15 per student. There is no limit for lectures. Sales: I may have
books, patterns and related items available for sale at lectures and workshops.
Class time will not be used for selling these products. No commissions or other
percentages will be paid to the sponsor, as lecture and workshop fees listed
here are set based on an expectation of sales. For driving trips (within 350 miles of Albuquerque) I request mileage at the current IRS business rate and lodging. For trips longer than 350 miles, I request round trip plane fare at the lowest rate I can find and housing as above. I'm happy to stay in a hotel or with a guild member. Due to restrictive airline baggage rules, I will charge your guild for baggage if I am charged. For home stays, I request a private room and bath in a non-smoking home (pets are fine as long as they don't sleep with me) and meals while I am at your location – I'm easy to feed, the only things I don't eat are liver, okra, oatmeal and winter squash. For hotel stays, I prefer a hotel with inside entrances, and if I'm above the first floor, it needs to have an elevator. (I simply can't lug three 50 pound suitcases up or down flights of stairs!)
